The team was so great! My technician, Eduardo, was extremely friendly and explained everything to me and did not pressure me to pay for maintenance I did not want done on my car. He and the team fixed the issues my car was having, and I couldn't be happier with me experience. Thank you so much, I will be back!
I cannot recommend Morrison's enough. I've been avoiding going to a mechanic in the city but have found a trustworthy crew at Morrison's. They were incredibly professional. Eduardo asked the right questions to look over everything making me feel that they fully search the car. Mike took the time to explain everything to me over the phone and discussed priority items for budget purposes.
Extremely friendly staff. They give you honest/professional opinions and I did not feel pressured to do anything extra. As this was my first time at this shop, I was expecting to be checked in and checked out and nothing more. But right when I arrived they made it seem like I had been a long time customer. While pricing for the service was just about average, the customer service was unmatched. A+
I've been bringing my car here for years. They are honest, thorough, and always do an excellent job. Definitely trust them above all others. It doesn't hurt that they have a slideshow of local dogs for you to happily watch if there's a wait, and treats and water (in non-covid times). Can't recommend more highly!!
Excellent service. I had issue with my fuel pump, and they were willing to accommodate me as a walk-in even with a packed schedule. Very professional and went extra mile.
