It's because of people like these, mechanics get a bad rep. One of the worst experience if not the worse I've gotten

I went to the tire store because my front tire was completely flat, upon arrival I parked my car at the only available spot which was a gas pump before getting out for inquires about my car and to see if they can service me, a nice young woman greeted me, I told her my situation and she said that they can definitely assist me with my flat and she said for me to wait inside, she was very pleasant. While inside the owner who and the young lady appeared and he greeted me and asked me if I was done with the gas pump I said I don’t need gas I was here for tire service, then he told me don’t park there next time, the young woman said she parked there because she is on a flat, and the owner said to me again don’t park there, and I told him I didn’t know I couldn’t park there and he went inside. He came back to me and showed me the tire and the problem and told me that I had a slash in my tire which was a surprise to me because I didn’t see a slash prior to arriving there, and the cost of the tire will be 190, I had a spare which I decided to get out the car because 190 sounded to much for me, while outside he told me that I had to move my car because of another car coming so he came out and put the spare on, and told me that I also needed brakes, and I asked him how much will the brakes be and he said you need a car right and I asked him again how much will the brakes be and he said around $300 everything. He said such a poor attitude and lack of customer service that I decided to take my money elsewhere. Upon leaving I pulled over and called other tire places Dorchester Tire on Dorchester ave offers 135 for the tire my car needs not 190 I called another place and the price was around the same, also Raymond tire on BLue hill have cheaper prices for used tires in good condition, bottom DO NOT GO TO SANATANA on Centre street jp, he is a scammer very rude and will try to robe you out of your money, he is money hunger and doesn’t care about the customer and rude. Do your research and go elsewhere. I’m glad I did. And the one star is for the nice young lady she was good.
