I did my state inspection here back in August, and it was a smooth and easy experience. After checking out other reviews, I decided to bring my car here when it needed some service.nnI had a great experience here, especially as a newer car owner (of a 12-year-old car that's always been with my family, though). The folks I spoke with were easy to communicate with, happy to explain or go over recommendations and services, and didn't push me towards any repairs. They actually ended up dissuading me from a few things, like a tire rotation (they were all evenly worn) and updated me about the front and rear brakes that were still within a good range.nnI ended up spending about $1000 to repair or replace parts of my air-bags, front engine mount, a front axle, and a rear ball bearing (I may have that term slightly wrong, apologies). They ended up doing a few minor adjustments for free because I was getting other work done.nnSince I'm admittedly a newbie to car repair, I was dubious about having so much work done, but as soon as I got the car back I could immediately tell the difference - it was quieter and smoother and all of the issues I started with were gone.nnI also very much like the system of email and text to communicate recommendations as well as itemized estimates - the transparency was greatly appreciated, and they never did any work before I verbally agreed to it.nnIt's now over a month later, and I haven't had any issues - if that changes, I'll update.nn*Update: it's 2 years later, and I continue to bring my poor car here when it's troubled, even during COVID. All of the above still stands. Thank you!

Excellent customer and car service every time! Open on Veterans Day which made it easy to get my car serviced on my day off during my busy work week. They always call ahead with an estimate of any recommended repairs. AND guaranteed to get the job done by the time they say they will. Recommend this place to everyone! Good price and good people. I am a regular customer to this place and I have always found this place as an excellent center for any issue that I went regarding my car. Today I had to fill air in my car tire and I did not have the tire pressure sensor to read the pressure. I asked for help and the manager referred another employee to look at my car tire. He filled air and fixed the issue within the next minute. I was about to leave without thanking my friend. However, Manager called me in person and let me know my mistake. I deeply regret for my mistake. A-Z auto center has always been my first choice and they deserve it for their genuinely good work. They are very amicable, sincere, technically sound and hard working people.

Very nice people. Made an appointment in advance and had my car fixed in a day. Had a loud noise on the front left of my car and it has been gone since they replaced my front sway bar link. Really easy and efficient.

Fast and easy. Called ahead to check how long the wait for a state inspection was. They said 15-20 minutes. I showed up, handed over my car. Took about 15 minutes. Friendly staff. Great!
