This has been my best experience ever. Excellent customer service, Leroy Campbell, the mechanic is exceptionally knowledgeable and went above and beyond inspection of the vehicle discovering issues I wasn’t aware of. Before going there I was contemplating trading in my Jeep but after the vehicle was serviced it felt like brand new and I fell in love with it again. Hands down VIP is the best place for your automotive needs!!
Saw this was a new place and decided to bring my car in. Had an appointment at 8am and they brought my car into the garage right at 8. Got my brakes checked and my tires/alignment looked at. I was in and out in less than an hour. Building is new and very clean. The people working were super nice and friendly. Would recommend.
Wonderful customer service. I went in with a wheelbarrow tire that I was having trouble installing on the wheel. It's completely out of their wheelhouse (so to speak :)) but they promptly brought it into the shop and took care of it for me. Friendly and efficient. I will certainly be back when I need tires for my motorized vehicle!
Leroy did a great job on my Toyota on Saturday. He’s been fixing my car for years and I am pleased every time. I highly recommend VIP tires to any one.
