Very pleased..... My dog had an ear infection and we were looking for a new vet. Called Swan Creek and they fit us in the next day. It was explained to me on the phone at the time I made the appointment what steps would be taken from pulling on the parking lot to completion of the appointment. The curbside treatment was wonderful...my Veterinary Technician was awesome with handling my dog. I waited in my truck and was called by Dr. O'Connor. She explained my dog's results and was very patient in answering ALL my questions. Options were given to me for various treatments and/or medications for each of the conditions we discussed and not forced upon me. Very pleased with Dr. O'Connor. The Veterinary Technician brought my dog out to my truck - he showed no signs of distress which was great. I was then called for payment for the visit- a little business-like/to the point at first, but then again, it's the money collecting part. By the end of that call we were laughing, and all was good.nHighly recommend!

My wife and I had just moved into the area with our two dogs. On a walk, one became injured, so I called Swan Creek Clinic to try to get him in. We had not yet had the opportunity to establish care with any veterinary service, and I was concerned about getting an examination. Despite their full schedule on that day, they found time to examine him and to provide care (which actually occurred after normal hours). I couldn’t be happier with the support Swan Creek provided. On another note, I was shocked at how low the bill was for the care received . Based upon the rates at our prior residence I expected about 3x what Swan Creek actually charged.nI shall recommend you to anyone in the area who is looking to establish veterinary care. I just couldn’t be more pleased.nnThank you so much!

We took our two dogs here last week and we will be coming back. They were very nice and professional. They answered all of my questions and explained very thoroughly. You can tell they real love animals here. And they were reasonably priced. Best Vet we have been to in a long time!

I absolutely love this vet! The doctors are amazing and they know how to handle my dog who is pretty wild. I like and respect everyone I have met there. The entire staff is knowledgeable and kind to my dog.

I can’t say enough positive things about Swan Creek. They are always so kind to my dog and treat her as if she were their own. She recently hurt herself and they were able to get her in immediately. They explain everything and offer options for treatment. I would recommend to anyone who needs a vet. and wants one they can trust.
