I received a key in my mailbox for the partial drop box at the bottom and my daughter was waiting packages that said they were delivered the did not work while I was going back to put the key in the mailbox so I could call the post office to get a corrected key the mailman was there so I told him about the issue and he was so friendly nice and just a real people person It is still not clear if my package has even been delivered because sometimes those sites you order from try to play games but I really am just writing this hoping that the mailman gets some kind of recognition for how helpful he was I did not get his name but he is awesome Thank You Post man in Aberdeen Md from 104 H

The customer service agents are very friendly, helpful, patient, and quick.

Since moving to Aberdeen a year ago from Abingdon our mail and packages are either sent to the wrong address or not received for 3-4 days. I began using tracking and this has not helped as I received messages that due to the covid delivery problems. So why is my mail and packages sent 1-2 blocks away?

They are very careless at this post office. I had a fragile package sent that was properly labeled and was received in pieces.. don't know who is responsible but I left it in your employers hands.

Anytime I take my business packages to this location it's a problem. None of the front workers will get off their phones or take out their earbuds long enough to actually hear clearly what people have to say. They make it very clear that any person walking in the door is an inconvenience to them.
