So I just went and got a few fillings today... they didn’t give me any aftercare information, and I called several times to the front desk... there were 3 women up there and no one is picking up the phone.

Don't go with an emergency. They will send you on your way still in pain. Prescribe amoxicillin an say it will take pain away. Has not worked for me. So your choice.
