Do your research. I am requesting official college documents in regards to policy and all I am provided is hand typed email information. In addition if you withdraw at most colleges on day one of classes you are not held responsible for fees. Not the case with this college they charge you 10% of tuition cost for withdrawing/dropping classes first week.

I am a current student here and there are great people always willing to help with any questions there might be. Great staff, great School, and lots of support. I personally have never had a problem with any of the staff. The school is normally open from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. If you're looking for administrative help like: help with transcripts, classes, financial aid etc. the staff is available from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Horrible they lied and told me i was enrolled in te degrees at work program and was not cost me over a thousand dollars.
