We were residents of Georgia so sending my son hundreds of miles away to college left me a bit anxious and worried. However once we arrived, stepped foot on campus and met with the security staff all of my concerns were put to ease. The security staff introduced themselves and gave us a tour of the campus. We later met with a current student who gave my son another tour from the student's perspective. Both the students and staff were very welcoming. It actually felt like a home away from home. Decision made.....he's going to Stevenson University. Although it was tough to say goodbye on the day I dropped him off....I knew in my heart this was the best decision we could have ever made. He will be graduating again in May with his Master's Degree in Business Administration. Thank you Stevenson University for such a beautiful experience! As a parent of a student I’d like to say that most of the staff I encountered while my daughter went there did not care about her and wouldn’t even meet with us when our daughter was being bullied by others on her sports team. Coach wouldn’t talk, director of athletics would only talk on the phone, even though I made a trip to campus to address the issue. It’s not even a good school academically and they charge a fortune. Please save your time and energy and go somewhere else. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what my daughter did. They put on a good game in the beginning before you sign on the dotted line. BEWARE.

Left my first year. Encountered a few racist professors and students. Luckily, I make some friends that I keep in touch with now. Overall, it has a quiet and sweet atmosphere. Great fashion design program. Awesome math department. Sadly, it was too expensive for me to continue amongst other things.
