The service here is excellent. The front desk customer service is great. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The manager actually talks to the clients and knows them by name. The prices are affordable, environment is very clean, check in process is efficient, you can schedule appointments and the wait time is short. Overall, it's a great customer experience.nI received a pedicure, eye brow wax and fill-in. When I went to the back of the facility to wait for the woman to wax my eyebrows, the manager came in the room to notify me that the wait would be two minutes because he wanted to give the woman time to wash her hands before waxing my eyebrows. I appreciate this level of service and cleanliness.
The entire experience from start to finish is amazing! The customer service, comfortable yet stylish salon, incentives and more! Not to forget the tasty wine and I’m not easy to please when it comes to my nails. It’s the ambiance of it all for me!
I absolutely love this place! Definitely my new spot for nail needs. I had some janky acrylics coming in and they fixed me right up!nFirst off - I got the deluxe pedi and I'm was so happy.nThen a nail technician took over my fingernails, I had a full set with gel so she had her work cut out for her (and I have a wonky nail which she took great care of)!nI'm beyond happy with the outcome of my colorful coffin nails!!n10/10 would recommend! Amazing
I had a private nail tech at first but I stopped here on a whim and I'm in love. They're fast, friendly and courteous and provide excellent service. Can't wait to get my nails redone this afternoon!
I go to Andy for my pedicure. He is the best. Him and his wife are so sweet. His wife does a good job with nails and shaping nails, I’m a pointy nail gal so that’s important for me.nBack to Andy, Not only does he do an amazing good on my pedicure and polish but his energy and vibe are always so cool. I literally could fall asleep when he is working on me. Book him!nPs. They all do a good good I’m just partial to Andy. Lol
