We went to Giant, only 3 cashiers open on a Saturday about 4pm. Come on open more cashiers and reduce the wait time for your customers.

Go to Giant here nearly every day. Yesterday was the first day of the current sale, wanted to pick up some potatoes. They didn't have any on the shelf. There were two employees trying to help someone find garlic, waited there for them to finish letting get the idea that I needed help, but when done they tried to move away. I got their attention, they said they would get someone to get the potatoes. Walked the three aisles adjacent until anyone showed up. After a short discussion, he went back to get some. He ran away just as quickly, but they were not the right ones. He disappeared, the produce guy showed next to work the shelves. Got him to go back, he brought two bags back, one had rotten taters, I took the one, he dropped the other and went back to his other shelf leaving me hanging. I stood looking at him until I had to ask for another bag again, so now a third trip to the back. I could have grown them myself in the time I waited. Not once did it occur to any of them that they had an empty shelf with no product and bring more than a bag back.

Giant Shopper Market been at this location for about 30 yrs. Price is a little higher than other supermarkets but the product bought there is of good quality. Fresh vegetables, deli and live lobster.
