I feel obligated to warn people that there are private parking spots in the parking lot behind this Dunkin. I parked there on accident and after no more than two minutes, someone was trying to tow my car. The Dunkin contracts out to this tow company. Parking sign is obscured. I had to pay $60 in cash to get my car unhooked from the two truck. It was a terrible experience and definitely a turn off for any customers. A second guy actually had his car towed when he came out with a coffee in hand. I felt awful for him since his car literally disappeared after he bought coffee. He even had a receipt in hand. It was actually sort of wild how fast his car got towed even though he was clearly a customer. I think if Dunkin wants to serve its customers better, it should really not be partnering with shady towing businesses to tow their own customer's cars. It makes people really regret showing up to buy coffee in the first place.

I ordered frozen chocolate. I have ordered this drink through another dunkin before and it is my favourite drink. But what I received today is chocolate flavored slurpee. The drink had nothing but ice and some chocolate and whipped cream on top. Gave me brain freeze. I couldn't taste any milk in it. The main ingredient for any chocolate based drink is the richness of milk. I know ice is cheap and you can fill a cup easily but that is not a drink. I needed a cold chocolate drink and instead got a slurpee. So disappointed. Won't come back again :(
