I was really excited to be near a bakery selling bagels and Jewish pastries. Unfortunately, on two separate occasions, the pastries I ordered were completely raw on the inside (like, actual squishy dough). I shrugged it off the first time as a one-off but then it happened again last week. I wanted to bring this up in the hopes of someone at Kupel's seeing it and making sure no one gets sick from raw pastry dough. It's a bummer because the desserts and challah I've had that were fully baked were delicious!

Exceptional spot to grab some food when in a hurry. The customer service is speedy, prices are convenient, fantastic character. Would recommend to others

I like that the bagels are primo, authentic, fresh, yummy. I like that folks there recognize me and fix my order to my exact wont. I like that the ingredients are top tier and that there's silk much traffic that nothing'll ever go stale here.

Stopped in here on a Sunday morning. The line outside was quite long but moved very quickly. I enjoyed my everything bagel with plain cream cheese but thought the bagel could’ve been boiled a little bit longer and there could have been a tad more seasoning—but the flavor was good. I also got an iced coffee which was great. I really appreciated that one employee (maybe the owner, I’m not positive) was reminding customers to stand on the stickers for social distancing. The shop is small so it can be difficult for people to stay spread out, so it was good that someone gently reminded us. I heard that they recently increased their prices a bit but honestly for the quality and taste of the food, I don’t mind it. I hope to come back another time and try other items

I tried this place in the past with a friend and I am hooked since then. I liked the good vibes and fresh dishes and drinks. 5 stars from me.
