My experience at Active Physical Therapy has exceeded my expectations. The team there is so compassionate and willing to tailor your treatment specifically to your needs. They are very accommodating with scheduling and lastly, they are so very kind, especially Dr. Cruickshank and Jessie.

I love active physical therapy! This place is a blessing. They actually listen to you and help you recover! They don’t rush you, and will encourage you every step of the way. Very clean, friendly and professional! I would recommend my family and friends to go here! I just love that place!

Active Physical Therapy is the right place to be if you’re suffering with any kind of pain/injury. The staffs are very accommodating, friendly and professional. The moment you enter through their doors(receptionist), you received a VIP treatment all the way to the gym. Their clients needs are top priority and you are treated like family. All of the therapist that I’ve encountered are well equipped and are very knowledgeable about their work. I highly recommend them to anyone who desires to function at their maximum capacity...❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f

The superb chiropractor that had treated many of my relatives and me during the past decade had retired a year ago. Though apprehensive about identifying another provider, I began having escalating symptoms recently so my family encouraged me to schedule a chiropractic appointment immediately with Active Physical Therapy after my family reviewed the chiropractor’s impressive bio online. I left my first appointment profoundly appreciative that Dr. Charles Cruickshank was professional, proficient, patient-focused, and a great communicator who enabled me to be able to sit down in a chair for many hours daily again without immense lower back pain. I have no pain now. He clearly is dedicated to thoroughly understanding his patients’ symptoms, ensuring his patients receive the appropriate chiropractic care, and clearly explaining everything. I have had a couple more appointments there since then and I ecstatically informed my relatives of my experience. Dr. Cruikshank is as superb and exemplary as our prior chiropractor who retired. COVID19 safety precautions provided peace of mind. Sandra at the front desk is always professional and courteous. Consistently all around exceptional patient experience every time I go for an appointment there.
