I met with Austin before and after my daughter's tongue and lip tie release as I was very nervous to go through with the procedure and wanted to make sure we had the best outcome. She was very calm, informative, professional, and understanding through the whole process. Austin made sure we met our goals, and provided resources that could benefit our goals and treatment. I also felt very safe in the environment with the COVID precautions. Would highly recommend.

Cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Trish and Indigo. Whether it's your first time seeing a pelvic health specialist or you're looking for a new one, look no further. Everything from scheduling, to clearly specialized treatment with thorough explanation, to covid appropriate practices was perfect. Treatment was fantastic every time and I was provided with unique, and now some of my favorite exercises, to continue to do outside of treatment. I will definitely suggest Indigo to anyone seeking this kind of treatment as well as returning there myself if needed in the future. Thank you so very much!!!

Dr. Sam and the entire Indigo team are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Sam takes a great deal of care in pinpointing exactly what your needs are. She is a lovely, warm person and strives to help empower you and to know your body. I encourage anyone who is on the fence to give these amazing professionals a try.

I saw Dr. Sam for diastasis postpartum and to address lower back pain. I looked forward to my appointments with Dr. Sam. Not only did she help resolve my diastasis and back pain, but she is an amazing postpartum resource. I can honestly say I was sad when I was discharged from her care! I HIGHLY recommend seeing Dr. Sam. She is amazing.
