My experience has been great at the Greene Tree location. Corey is my physical therapist and is the best. The exercises are challenging and help to relieve my pain and increase my range of motion. The staff are all attentive and engaged. Your time is well spent at this facility.

This review is long over due. Everyone at this location is outstanding, I couldn’t ask for better care. They not only care about your injuries but they care about you. Highly recommended !!!! Thanks for being amazing !!!!

Amy the director is very unprofessional. You should never asked a new patient what do they expect Pivot do to help them. And make comments in a slick way to make the patient feel bad. Also she needs to asked questions related to the reason your there not criticise what a patient has tried to help themselves before coming to pivot for additional help. If i have a condition in my back or neck. Don’t ask a patient how long are you able to read. How about ask them how long can you sit or stand. Also don’t decide if the patient can find relief before even providing treatment to help first. Don’t deny me of my right to receive medical care that was recommended by my treating doctor.

The experience I had with everyone at Pivot was great. I mainly worked with Corey and CJ who are absolutely wonderful. The level of patient care and genuine concern is amazing. I believe if it were not for the physical therapists at Pivot I would not have made the amount of progress I did.
