Before the pandemic, this was only an ok place for movies. Parking was tight, the staff seemed to do only a so-so cleaning between shows, spent more time flirting with cute customers instead of selling overprice snacks.
The staff and management team are very friendly. Lobbies and theaters are always kept very clean, even prior to the recent event. Wide range of movies covering groups of all ages and tastes. Always a good option for an evening out
The staff was helpful & courteous. Pleasant greetings when arriving & thank you when leaving. Nice leg room & seating. Seats were surprisingly comfortable. Restrooms were clean & fresh. Looking forward to another visit in the future. (Saturday afternoon moviegoer)
Please DO NOT go to this movie theatre. Me and my girlfriend went on 1/18/20 and after the show she went to put her coat on and there were TWO DEAD RATS ON A TRAP STUCK TO HER COAT. Mind you her coat was not on the floor. The general manager did not have pest control clean up the traps nor clean the theatre. Also corporate is not helping to resolve this issue for the past two weeks. I would advise you to THINK before you choose this theatre. Pictures and videos will be posted to support this review.
I have been seeing movies in this theater since you first opened up and the customer service has always been extremely good...nI don't remember his name but the young gentleman in his wheelchair who has been with the theater for seventeen years is a professional... Thank you... Paul
