Baltimore City Department of Public Works

My trash pickup was today. They took everyone else trash but mine all because my can was full and I had a bag on the ground. They always leave more trash on the ground after collection than what was put out there

The worst, i called so many times

I send multiple emails to figure out why my bill is excessive in amount. No reponse at all. People please analyze your usage. i observed on one single day my water usage go up for no reason even during night time, reading was showing water is being used however everyone was sleeping at time. DPW add charges and dont even bother to respond customers' concern. I wish i could take these matter higher up. Because i dont think they will ever bother to respond back no matte what we do.nPLEASE SEE ATTACHEMENT ON ONE SINGLE NIGHT THE WATER WAS USED THAT MUCH WHICH I DID NOT USE IN WHOLE MONTH. FROM 1AM !!!! TO ONWARD. NOBODY WAS UP AT THAT TIME

Our organization has been trying to change the mailing address for several of our buildings for over 5 months with no resolution. I used the online contact form, emailed directly, and still received no response. I have yet to get an answer. When you call and opt to leave your number and be called back by an agent, it never happens. It is very frustrating that the water bills were held during COVID and then we were hit with a balloon bill. The city is going to raise our water rates yet again, and still we can't even get basic service (customer service) from the DPW. This department of the city is a disgrace to public accomodations.

Have called about my bill for months (nearing a year). Always promised a call back but still have yet to receive a response and there is no other way to contact the department for assistance. This is a horrific way to treat tax paying citizens.
