Very terrible experience as no one responded to phone call and door bell even if it was working hours. I had to come back empty handed with my two little kids... Could not access library; kids were disappointed...
I’m a big fan — I hadn’t realized all the wonderful services available, including the (to me) really useful Interlibrary Loan, that makes the reach of the library long. And of course the great staff and librarians. I’ll have to find a way to support such a wonderful resource.
I love this place, and when I see people complaining about the middle schoolers, when that's not even the busiest time, I get annoyed, especially because they're are 3 schools on the street itself, Gilman, Roland Park EM, and Roland Park Country School, so where are all of the students supposed to go, the street? Also, there is an age policy, but I believe that the library doesn't enforce that very well at all. What I'm saying is, you can't blame the students for needing a place to go while their parents are working.
please add some sort of cage or area for the school children to stay in
