The customer service/people skills of the staff were lacking. When I approached the two young ladies at the register, it seemed that the concept of actual communication was an alien one. Even when prompted during my transaction, I was left wanting a self-checkout.
I like going to Royal Farm store because they don't charge to use their atm machine and the sandwiches is big and good
Very nice and clean. Great food. No long wait.
Squeegee kids hanging around the store harassing people for money. Offering a service that no one asked for, using the stolen squeegees from the gas pumps and the employees allow them to do it. Wayched one employee walk up to them and ask them how they were doing instead of telling them to leave
