Thank you so much everything you guys did for us!nHowever, I suggset several points bellow. IRC can improve communication with newly arrived refugees/immigrants. Below is three easy things IRC cab do to improve communication and relationship with refugges as their clients:nn1. IRC to prepare an introductory orientation package or welcome package (handout papers and in person presentation, they can do it weekly to cover more familis) for newly arrived imigrants describing all the services IRC provide or don't provide and give them the package in the first day at the airport.nn2. IRC to brief the clients in person with this new orientation package.nn3. IRC to plan things in advance (Health check ups, school and bank visits and apointments) ahead and inform the client in advance about the next steps.nnNot: My case worker was a very nice guy and I would give him a 5 star.nIt is the organization culture that needs to change.

Very helpful and a great service for filling immigration documents. Just a small fee but worth every penny for hassle free application.
