Baltimore County 911 Communications Center

Totally incompetent. Seriously need to revise how things are handled. The calls (Yes multiple. They never logged 3 previous calls from myself, my boyfriend, and our neighbor, and we ended up putting in a total of 5 calls over 2 hours!) were significantly more stressful than the situation I called about! I don't have a heavy accent, I shouldn't need to repeat myself multiple times after I've already verified information! Luckily the situation wasn't life threatening or someone could have ended up dead! This isn't the first time we've had this problem (multiple calls) in our community, I thought it was the police, but maybe it's the call center just losing our calls of break-ins, noise complaints, etc! Unimpressed.

NON EMERGENCY. Would not help just to call on radio to plow our street for my grandmother being on hospice and possibly needing a ambulance at anytime. I know there are many streets but just a simple request to mayne prioritise our road or if a plow is nearby? I just think they could do something not just say there isn't anything they can do except plow it if there is a emergency? Well you can't do anything to be preventative but i can count on you if something happens I hope they do if that becomes the case. We are in southern Baltimore County and it seems like they forget about everything down here sense we aren't up in the Towson/ Pikesville area hope something is done if emergency occurs be safe in snow every one.
