My 1st visit to this clinic was very pleasant. The staff at the reception were very friendly. The atmosphere of the clinic is good and the place is clean. The dental hygienist gave my teeth a good cleaning. Her hands were very light. On my previous visits to the other dental clinics (Aspen dental), they told me that they couldn't give me a cleaning unless I get a gum treatment for a few pockets on my gums. I deferred my teeth cleaning for 2 years because gum treatment costs so much and I didn't have a budget for it at that time. The hygienists' at Dental Works didn't think that was necessary and so, I was able to get my cleaning! Dr. Alex was pretty good. After he examined my teeth, he took pictures of the teeth that needed fillings. He was thorough and explained everything well, unlike the dentists at aspen dental!nnAt the end, they also gave me a free toothbrush and a dental floss :DnnI cannot wait to schedule my next appointment and visit this clinic again!
The place is nice and clean. I had fillings done this week and I couldn’t be more pleased! With my last filling at a previous dentist I had issues not getting fully numbed, Dr.Cho took his time and frequently checked in to make sure I couldn’t feel any pain. The whole process from start to finish made me feel calm. This is a great practice :) This is the most comfortable dental office I have ever been to. The dentists and hygienist are absolutely fantastic professionals. The dental assistants are just as gifted. The front desk staff are highly experienced in the management of insurance issues, and are so friendly and helpful explaining everything. I highly doubt I will ever be as satisfied by another dental office. Highly recommended! Overall 5 stars!!!!
Can I just start off by saying they are the BEST!!! Super friendly and make you feel comfortable right from the start. I have recommended this place to many. Today was my second time coming both times I have gotten fillings done and let me say Dr. Cho is the best at what he does! I have felt zero pain the two visits I have done. Also my son had his first check up and cleaning with them today as well. He came out happy telling me how awesome the hygienist was with him and how she was super nice asking him questions and talking with him. The whole staff is amazing starting with the ladies up front to the personnel in the back. My husband accompanied our son today since I was being seen at the same time. With that said, he ended up making an appointment for himself. He said everyone was so professional and welcoming.
My husband and I are first timers at Dental Works. I personally hadn’t been to the dentist in two years because I really didn’t like my last dentist and how he was always trying to sell me a procedure I didn’t necessarily need. My husband hadn’t been in 5 years!! I would like to add that we both had a great first experience!! I even had a great feeling from the first time I called for an appointment with the friendliness and professionalism from the person who made our appointments. I wish I would have written her name down so I could give her a positive shoutout. The cleaning was so good (is that even thing? Lol). We both said we couldn’t wait to come back!! Lauren was my hygienist and she was awesome! Yoon was my husband’s and he was very pleased with her.nnAll of the staff, from the front desk at arrival time to checkout were polite and helpful!nnOur consultation with the dentist was excellent and informative. She did a great job in explaining things to us and organizing a treatment plan that was affordable.nnHighly recommend Dental Works on Rossville Blvd!!!!
Took my 7 year old daughter here today. I have never met an entire staff that was so friendly. My daughter is normally shy but the two women at the front desk made her feel right at home. I did not get the dental hygienist name( a younger woman) but she answered every one of my daughter’s silly questions. Most importantly showed her a picture of a dental implant that will forever have my daughter brush and floss with no issues! Dr. Cho even took the time out to talk about her Christmas excitement! Such a pleasant experience and looking forward to going back!
