My girls have been going here since they were toddlers. This is such a pleasant place to go, they used to look forward to playing in the arcade before their appointments before COVID-19. They doctors always are certain to explain everything so you understand and when my 10yo completely broke off her permanent tooth, they stopped at nothing to find us a solution to prevent her from having a broke tooth till she’s 16. We are forever grateful for the beyond measurable care we have received in the years my girls have been patients.
I really love this place, my 4yr old daughter has autism and the dentist here has worked amazingly well with her. Also, the dental assistants/hygenists are also very sweet and kind ladies, everyone here is awesome, super friendly.and very professional and I highly recommend this location.
I have been taking my children there since they were a year old. They use to be great until a year and a half ago, new staff at the front desk and a new system. The new staff is not properly trained to help with questions about bills and provide horrible service no willingness to help. I have requested a call back from a manager who also doesn't make themselves available to address my question and concerns, leaving three messages. The doctors there are great with children but dealing with the office staff has been horrible.
My son’s first visit at this location was not what I expected. The desk staff and Assitant was very nice and welcoming but I didn’t think the dentist was. She cleaned my sons teeth, spoke to the assistant most during the interaction, didn’t really inform me on much of findings, questions I asked, she kind of brushed off. When it was time for X-rays my son cried and I felt like they were not very patient at all. It was recommended my two year old to get work done because he had a cavity but it wasn’t “too bad” so why are we doing this? Later read reviews and people said that’s what they do for money. Just chose to switch dentist practices.
My daughter is very sensitive to any oral stimuli. The staff was so patient and made her feel comfortable and even curious about her experience in the dental chair. They even accommodated us with scheduling with Dr. West next time. From Sierra at the front desk, to Debbie the hygienist (and Ashira last visit:), and Caitlin, the dental assistant, and our dentist, Dr. West, we had a 5 star, no ten star, experience yesterday. Ty!
