White Marsh Mall (JC Penney Outer Parking Lot)

Sunday I took the Mega Bus up and back from Baltimore to New York. Both bus rides left on time and arrived on time. The loading process was easy and quick. I got there 15-20 minutes early for both so I was fine. Don't cut it close because they do leave right on time if they are running on time. Both drivers were nice and friendly when I said hi to them. I paid the $1 to reserve my seat and it was completely worth it. I sat upstairs in the front (no bathroom smell and pretty quiet). The bus temperature was fine. The ride was a bit bumpy at times from being up top but that was also fine. I was scared from reviews I read but the experience was more than pleasant, I would ride them again.

For megabus in general... Customer service sucks. If anything goes wrong, you could be screwed for hours. If the bus works and is on time you're good. Always hit or miss.

The female driver that drove from Newark, DE to New York City (on a weekend), had a very nasty attitude. I feel that is poor customer service skills. It's all about the customers and their hospitality. She should have nothing but warm smiles, NOTHING LESS!

When I arrived I was very confused. It literally looks like I was just in the middle of the parking lot, I sat in my car for a while and looked around to make sure that I was at the right spot and then in the corner I saw a small structure that said mega bus on a sign and then I officially knew where I was, this place needs definitely a bigger sign and some seats. Very confusing

Dangerous driver. Speeding on I 95. Tail gated cars. Passed tractor trailers, trucks, and cars in the rain in speeds far exceeding the speed limit. Illegally used right ramps on I 95 to pass cars. Then asked for monetary tips at the end of trip. Very unsafe. Felt lucky to make it back alive!
