I showed up just after 5 pm on Saturday March 6 2021 too get on the bus departing at 5:22 pm and it never showed up, thanks bus service for making people wait. Horrible service, if you charge the fare for people to ride too and from work then show up on schedule.

It was easy, very convenient with plenty of parking spaces available which is a rare find anywhere you go these days. However, I would discourage anyone who gets car sick easily to avoid the upper deck at all cost. Also if you plan to reserve a seat with a table it is extremely small so you may want to get two seats on either side so you will have room for your legs and laptop. Overall it was a great and convenient experience!
I've been to the White Marsh Park and Ride a handful of times and I must say it's one of the best parking lots around. The spots are elegantly spaced and the overall design can't be beat. I will say however the seagulls are an issue.
