TGI Fridays

Hello all this week we went to TGIF in White Marsh Md. After being seated our server brought us a couple of menus, the lighting in the place was so bad we needed the flashlight on our cell phones just to see the menu, when the server came back he ask what can I get for you, so I said light we can't see anything, I must say he was as nice as could be but unfortunately they couldn't make it any brighter because it would have offset the lighting throughout the resturant. Getting to the food I ordered the bucket of bones, which consist of chicken and ribs my choice of sauce was hot and I must say they were awesome, one of the rare times that I are my entire meal if you haven't tried it I say it's a must try and I hope you will enjoy them as much as I did.

Upon entering the hostess who seated wasn't very sociable, she just grabbed some menus and utensils and walked to a booth, so we just assumed we were supposed to follow her. Our waitress was cool the drinks and appetizers were a little slow to come out. The atmosphere was a little dark not much lighting. The food was okay not hot not cold.

During COVID-19, my group and I sat on the middle aisle, at least a table away from other patrons. We were given clean utensils and cutlery in these heat treated sterile bags. The server wore a mask and greeted us warmly. This place has good hygiene and health standards during this pandemic. So 10/10 I will go back and feel safe while eating ud83dude0b

I ordered two million Dollar Cobb salmon salads. Once receiving my order, I reviewed the receipt and the information was correct. Unfortunately once opening the bag I realized I received wrong order. I called the driver, she was very helpful and wanted to offer to go back to the restaurant. I reached out to the restaurant and spoke with Jenna, I wanted to confirm and let her know that the Uber eats driver was returning to the location to receive my order. She was very quick, dismissing, and abrupt while informing me she was not able to help me because I didn’t place the order directly with the restaurant. She did not care that we’re in the middle of a pandemic, she did not care that I ordered my food in the middle of the night, she did not care that I had a family to feed, she did not care the driver was on her way back and she was now not inconveniencing one but now two people. She informed me she had to do things the “ right way”. Of course I wanted to go above Jenna‘s head but she informed me that she was unable to provide me with any other information but her first name because she’s the only Jenna here and her last name “didn’t matter”. Now I’m in a position where identifying her will be impossible! I will never order from this restaurant again! I am personally from the neighborhood and I would rather order from Towson instead of Whitemarsh due to the constant disrespect that I receive at this location! One other time the bartender actually yelled at me thanks for the tip, because she realized I didn’t leave a tip on her receipt! These Poorly trained restaurant employees!

The hostess refused to even greet us. The lady running to-go orders was the only one to greet is and asked the hostess to seat us outside. The hostess them sat is while still refusing to say a word or even look directly at us. We then sat outside for 15 minutes while watching the waiter keep going to only one table and refusing to acknowledge we were even there waiting. We left after realizing that the staff is either overworked or selective on who they are willing to serve properly.
