We ordered the same entree and side but when they were served, one entree and side was 2x larger than the other. Extremely inconsistent preparation. The manager apologized and brought us additional food. Our server, Grace, was wonderful with the right amount of attention and great memory of our orders. The Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp were very good. We had a good experience and would go there again.
I ordered a chicken fajita roll up and for the second time, it came without the side and without the dressing. Nothing like a dry roll up with no dressing and no side. I should have known after the first time it happened not to try again. My first complaint was ignored
It was 9 of us waitress did a great job and she was very courteous my food was exactly as I ordered grand kids had a wonderful time as well.....#levels!
My buffalo (bone in wings) were good.. Sorry no photo..it was late and i was tired... I went after 10pm and i guess they were half off.. Service was slow..
Terrible experience. Why do restaurants believe that it is acceptable to bring both entrees at different times? My wife never received hers and we had to leave hungry and upset. Never again at this restaurant.
