Kim, and Ben were beyond phenomenal. They were courteous, and went the extra mile to make sure my mew experience at a familiar haunt was superb. Matt Hammer and DJ made sure to check in with us while we waited for a rooftop table. Even through all the business and distuptions throughout the evening, Kim and Ben made sure to attend to us and give us the best service and their undivided attention. Sean even helped me retrieve and provide a guest with his dropped headphones. This was an amazing night and I recommend anyone in the area stop by for a great time.
Our waitress was great and this was my first time here so I had a few drinks with friends. I’m more on the light weight side so I got drunk quicker and had my head down to get myself together just to be told my friends wouldn’t get served anymore because the owner was “pissed” that I had my head down. I don’t understand what the big issue was.
Drinks were awesome ( orange crush and creamsicle crush). Food was ok, good atmosphere and service
I believe me and the group that I was with was treated very disrespectfully. My friend was speaking in annother language and was treated lesser than instead of respectfully asking to speak in English. The sever then told us all to leave. They’re exuse for the disrespect was bc it was busy. That’s is no exuse. You should treat everyone with respect. Especially the customer.
Only ordered wings and the big pretzel, however, the atmosphere was fun on the deck . A tad pricy though.
