From the day I walked in Mr. Chad made my experience at life storage easy breezy and was nothing short of amazing, had 2 units for a couple of months never had any problems, and customer service was excellent.
Cindy was a great help and was able to get us exactly what we needed for our storage building. Definitely recommend!
Chad and Cindy were friendly and answered all of our questions. Chad patiently showed us 4 different storage room sizes and locations and helped us choose the right one for us. They made the process easy.
Very nice place Just don't forget to pay storage if its due on 1st. Will definitely be a $20.00 late fee. I learned this the hard way.
The manager, Cindy, since the first time I walked in the office has gone above and beyond. She's always friendly and makes you feel like family. I've recommend this location to anyone I hear is looking for a storage facility. The availability of the carts is amazing and a life saver when moving by yourself. I'm so glad I came here over a year ago and would never change facilities. All new hires should train at this location under her. I would actually love to work here.
