Mrs. Wendy was super helpful. I had lost my keys somewhere in my vehicle, and after searching high and low, she was nice enough to cut it off so I could get into my unit. Everything was quick. And she was actually mopping and cleaning the elevator at my arrival. It smelt nice and was super clean.
Everyone was very nice and super helpful! They were very on top of things as well, i accidentally left my unit unlocked, i was contacted immediately.
This place is wonderful, staff is super helpful and attentive. The place is very clean and taken care of. Wendy is absolutely spectacular and super friendly! Will definitely never rent from anywhere’s else! Overall experience was phenomenal!
Wendy was absolutely amazing with getting us a unit ASAP! She is also super friendly! Our original life storage we booked at, wasn’t even open for us to get our unit, so i called this location and they got a unit for me very quickly! I HIGHLY recommend Wendy and the life storage facility on Johnston street in Lafayette!
I don't have a storage unit here but my girlfriend does. It clean, safe and spacious.
