I’ve been going to the Skin Loft for a year, I live in Alexandria but the drive is SO worth it. First off, the spa is BEAUTIFUL, everything is perfectly decorated, super clean, relaxing music plays throughout, it smells wonderful, and the girls are SO nice. Billie is truly amazing at what she does, and you can just tell she genuinely cares. I would recommend her a thousand times, The Skin Loft is literally just the best!

Had a wonderful experience with both Billie and Erica. It was a much needed day for this Mama, and they were excellent in their craft and making this girl feel like a million bucks. Can’t wait to go back! The secretary is precious as well and extremely helpful, always.

Beware!!! Ripped off! I paid $3,100 for Christmas specials. Yes 3 thousand!!!!!! I disclosed a skin condition and voiced my concerns because I had never tried any of these services before. My daughter wanted me to do something for myself and recommended me to the open house special night.. I paid up front for the specials as required. 1st visit was with the nurse practitioner and She said I was not a good candidate for this procedure that The owner Billie recommended. So then I have my first bbl also recommended., and my skin reacts by over swelling especially around my eyes. Once resolved I try to make another appt to use my $3100 paid. They refuse and tell me I need a letter from my doctor saying I can do the services. Doctor says no he will not give a letter. So Billie the owner refused to take my call this whole time. I am having to talk to at he receptionist about this. Billie emails and reiterates, only by email about the doctor letter. LONG STORY SHORT BIllie The owner will not talk to me she refuses any refund and offers no other remedy. SHE KEEPS my 3,100 up front paid money and when I get up set her husband starts emailing me. Billie number 2 both named Billie No one talks to you just emails. UNBELIEVABLE!!! The worst experience ever and they still have my $3,100 less the one bbl treatment I did receive They must really need the money to Rip off customers DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Don’t buy specials requiring up front payments!!!!nI SHOULD HAVE POSTED THIS SOONER!!nIN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE AND EXCUSSES, now you respond to my review and continue your lies!! I hope you do not draw products for customers BEFORE EVALUATING THEM!!! Very unprofessional however we both know this is just your way of making it look like you wasted a product and now can charge for it to make it look like you didn't RIP ME OFF!!! BUT YOU DID!!nI FILLED OUT PAPER WORK AND DISCLOSED MY CONDITION TO BILLIE THE NIGHT I CAME IN. THE NIGHT I PAID!!nYES IT WAS AT THE END OF 2017 BUT I NEVER GOT MY RECEIPT UNTIL JAN OF 2018 BECAUSE OF A COMPUTER ISSUE.YOU SAID MY PAYMENT DID NOT GO THRU BUT IT DID. SO THAT WAS THE BEGINNING.nMY FIRST VISIT WAS FOR KIBELLA (your nurse practitioner said I was not a good candidate) So that is why it was canceled!!!nI then had a bbl treatment and my face swelled up really bad I sent you pictures to see if this was a normal reaction. you said yes. I think that is the start of this nightmare. SO YOU DID NOT WASTE PRODUCT AS YOU SAY FOR 3 TREATMENTS OF KIBELLA AND WOULD NOT LET MY DAUGHTER USE IT SO SHE WENT SOME WHERE ELSE. IPAID FOR 3 BOTOX TREATMENTS AND NEVER RECIEVED ANY, AND 3 BBL AND ONLY RECIEVED ONE.nThen my mother became very ill so I had to go out of state 3 times you said no problem. MY MOTHER THEN PASSED AWAY AT MY 3RD TRIP.nnBILLIE NEVER INFORMED ME OF ANY TIME LIMIT TO COMPLETE THESE PROCEEDURES. SHE KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON.nYES IT HAS BEEN A WHILE BECASUSE THIS HAS BEEN ON GOING AND I HAVE NOT POSTED UNTIL NOW.nI DID NOT REFUSE TO GET A LETTER MY DOCTOR, HE TOLD ME NO HE WOULD NOT GIVE A LETTER!!! SO SHE SHOULD HAVE NEVER TOOK MY MONEY IF THIS WAS A REQUIREMENT!!nYOU NEVER RESPONDED TO MY ATTORNEY'S LETTER? YOU NEVER SENT ANY RECORDS MY ATTORNEY REQUESTED. WITH COVID IT HAS NOT BEEN POSSIBLE FOR ME TO GO TO COURT. NOT WORTH MY LIFE! THAT IS WHY I WAITED TO POST A BAD REVIEW UNTILL NOW!!nMY SKIN CONDITION IS NOT FOR YOU TO DISCLOSE ON LINE. --- AND I DONT BELIEVE YOU ARE ALOUD TO DISCLOSE MY MEDICAL CONDITION TO THE WORLD ON LINE!! THAT IS CONFIDENTIAL!!!!!!! ISN'T IT????? YOU THINK YOU ARE RIGHT NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN UNRELENTING IN YOUR EXCUSES. I PAID FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT RECIEVE AND YOU REFUSE TO TREAT ME FOR WHAT I PAID FOR.nWHAT AM I TO DO???? YOU ALREADY HAVE MY MONEY.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place!! From my first visit I was welcomed by everyone there. Very professional, accommodating, and first class service!! I always got a warm confirmation call from Julie, and appt times that accommodated my schedule!! Billie, the owner is always welcoming and cannot say enough about Carrie, my “Skin Lady”, as she comes up on my phone! ud83dude00 In my time there I feel like we not only have a client/professional relationship but she also has become my good friend. I would definitely recommend the Skin Loft to anyone looking for first class med spa services!!!
