Worst service, even the owner is extremely rude. It is a joke this place has stayed in business here in an area where our culture is based around helping others.nnThey refused to run my insurance, they claimed my insurance would not pay anything so I paid $400 for a 5 day supply of eye drops. I called my insurance company, they said that they do cover the drops and they would call the pharmacy to handle it. The owner was rude to the representative and lied to her telling her I was told things I wasn’t. The owner also told the representative that their pharmacy did not have a contract with my insurance company which was discovered to be another lie.nnThe pharmacy refused to refund me the difference in what I paid and the copay. According to my insurance company, this is something that happens from time to time. This was her first experience with a pharmacy that was unwilling to help.

Rude older lady answered phone when I called my refill in. Couldn't tell me a day or time when my prescription would be ready. Then, I had to prepay for the prescription before I even get it, because of other people not picking things up. That's not my problem. I need the prescription!

A family run place. So nice and helpful. Like it better than the compounding place I used to go to, and the prices are better.
