We checked in and shortly after getting into our room, we found a dead German cockroach along with roaches droppings in the cabinet with plates. Immediately left and asked for a refund. The lady at the front was great with refunding us but the entire place wasn’t super clean and then the roaches. Would NOT recommend.nWe ended up staying at the Hilton At Home place just down the street and for just a little more money, we got a much nicer ... everything

I really enjoyed my stay while I was in town for work. . The room was clean, my only complaint is the bed was too firm for my taste. But I do sleep with 9 inch pillow topper at home. The staff was really helpful and friendly.

I’m staying here now, the room was still dirty when we arrived, you can tell a deep clean didn’t happen because of the details, most of which are on commonly touched surfaces like the hair dryer, light switches, etc. Not cleaned at all they just flipped the sheets and picked up. The walls are super thin you can hear everything happening outside, wouldn’t be a problem but there are bums hanging out here all day in the lobby, no ones dealing with it so I wouldn’t book here if you want to come and go without making friends with the tweaker on the stoop.

What a joke of a hotel. We only ended up at this place because the place i had previously booked had some sort of emergency & had to cancel all their rooms for the night. Where do I start...The rate was $84 a night, I found a 3rd party site offering rooms for $70, but it was after midnight, so I couldn't book online for that night....guy working the front desk says he's brand new & barely knows how to work the computer system. So $84 it is. Couldve stayed at the Hilton for that price. We get in the room and it obviously hasnt been cleaned very well. We go to get some snacks/drinks from this little room they have up front, nothing is stocked. I mean, nothing. They're literally out of everything except a couple things that obviously no one likes. They put us in a room directly across from the lobby, so we could literally hear everything going on out there the whole time we were there. Walls were paper thin. No ice machine. Etc etc etc. 10/10 will never stay here again.
