Huge thanks to Southside Family Clinic! I have never been so impressed. We have been through multiple pediatric clinics and Southside has blown them away. Caroline takes a while to warm up to people, so she can be difficult sometimes. Dr. Dies and his entire staff were so good with her. You can tell when people are just trying to be polite with shy children, they don’t really try to connect. These people continuously interacted with Caroline and made her feel comfortable. When the doctor came in, he allowed Caroline to warm up to him. They talked about the characters on her shirt and he even gave her some goldfish at the end of her visit. It was phenomenal. If you are looking for someone with true compassion and bedside manners, this is the place for you. She also got a sticker on her way out. I am so grateful!!!!!!!!! ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f

Went see them because I had swelling in my face, was given shot and told that if shot doesn’t work to let him know and he could prescribe me antibiotics. Well I called the next day to let them know that the shot didn’t work and was given the run around and it’s still not solved. I called to ask for antibiotics and I was told they would call something in for me and asked what pharmacy I used, I gave all my info to them. Called my pharmacy to see how much it would be and that’s when I found out they never called anything in for me, so I called them back to see what was going on and they said that the note was given to the doctor and they would let me know what he decided. Well here it is 2 days later and still no word on as what he decided and I even left a message on their machine to call me back and still nothing. I don’t know what kind of doctor does this, but of all the doctors that I’ve visited I’ve never had an experience like this before, and I plan on NOT going back or referring anyone to them. I really wish I would have had a better experience! Needless to say I went elsewhere and was tended to.

One of the best clinics i have been to.the doc there has the most care for his patients i have ever seen. I will be going there for life.the staff is awesome too.
