Husband called and was told walkins stop at 1ish. He goes for 11:30 and they told him they was at FULL CAPACITY to come back at 8 am. BUT there was a woman with roughly 5-6 kids there taking up space!!!!!!!! Husband was told to be there at 8 am for dentist walkin. Well he was there at 7:30am. Was told to wait in lobby. A woman then came in and the workers said They will come get you the told my husband they were at capacity and to come back!!!! He is in pain and was there FIRST! This place is a joke! How can you pick and choose who you want to see and who you dont!

I have been calling for 3 weeks with no returned phone call. No one answers the phone, I get a recording with an option to leave a message, have left at least 5 message over the last 3 weeks and no returned call. I asked to speak to the manager last week when I finally got through and was told she was out with no option to leave her a message. I've NEVER had this happen at a Dr's office before. Unbelievable to me.

DO NOT come here. Lisa Griffin is absolutely terrible. Extremely rude, won't listen to you and the wait times here are awful. I've been going here for months and almost every appointment I've had I've waited an hour+. The quickest I've been seen was waiting 30 minutes and the women before me waited over an hour! Horrible clinic, horrible doctor. Wish I could give zero stars.

If it were possible to leave a no star review, I certainly would. If anyone is thinking these people complaining about no one answering the phones or calling back for appointments are exaggerating, believe me they are not! Appointments are impossible to make! No one, from any department, answers the phone despite the day or time you call. Do not waste your time and save your blood pressure...find somewhere else

I gotta agree with those on that rude unprofessional Dr Griffin. Shouldn't even have the title of Dr. Very rude I couldn't finish one sentence. Was out in less than 5min was a complete waste of time. Isint the appt supposed to be about the PATIENT??? Well not with this rude lady. Would NOT reccomemd at all .. now the dentist Dr Brooks is GREAT and VERY PROFESSIONAL.
