They are nothing but a bunch of rude childish people. I ordered some food and they forgot my onion rings so I showed them the bag with no onion rings in it and the girl went inside to get them and sent another girl outside to ask me if I was sure they didn't give me the onion rings! Like I was trying to still a a few dollars worth of food! The customer service here is horrific!
Other than always giving me a random order it's not bad.
Sonic is sapposed to close at 10 pm got there at 9:52 and they said they were closed a lot of business close at the time that they say. But a few times I ate there the food was soooooo slopy. So I went to Burger King the food was fresh and hotud83dudd25 so thank you sonic for turning me away ud83eudd23ud83eudd23ud83eudd23 .
Poor customer service I asked her to repeat my order back it still came back as the Order wrong.. food cold asked and paid for jalapeños once I told her it wasn’t on my food carhopTracie didn’t seem to happy that she had to walk back in to get it while walking back she had my bag of food wide open holding it with 2 fingers by her waist as if it was trash not a good 1st impression of this sonic def won’t be coming back
