please teach your people what a plain burger is. they get my order wrong 9/10 times… also can they put more than one piece of bacon on a bacon sandwhich?????

So me and my friends come in to eat. Service was abysmal. My friend ordered a steak medium, but was burnt to a crisp on the outside. Other friend got sick and puked immediately when we came back home. Extremely Disappointed

This McDonald’s used to have great service and as a consistent customer for the last 12 years, I never had any problems arise. Until recently. It seems that the experienced customer service oriented workers who would operate the drive-thru, have been replaced with younger, rude and inefficient workers. Every time I have gone through the drive thru for the last five months or so, I give my order and the girl taking my order never seem to be paying attention to what I am saying. I tell her a 6 peice chicken nugget happy meal with a sprite and apple slices, and I am asked “ 4 or 6 peice? What’s the drink? Apple slices or fries?” Multiple times. They seem to hold conversations with other co-workers with their mic on for the intercom while in the middle of customers giving their order as well which adds even more to the frustration of trying to relay an order to them. On top of all of this, every single time I have been to this location in the last five months, my order has been wrong every single time. Whenever I point out the error in the order I am simply told that there is nothing they can do about it and that the item in question was not rung up by the cashier (because she was too busy talking to her coworkers and not paying attention to the order itself), so I will have to go back around in the drive thru to re-order the item. Very disappointed in the decline in customer service at this location and will not be recommending anyone else to go here.

Service was quick and meal was hot and right. Some drive thrus tend to mess up your order in some way not this oneud83dudc4d

While our kids meals were initially wrong, they replaced them and were so apologetic. We frequent this McDonald’s, and we’ve had issues in the past. But the last year or so the service has been above and beyond. Tristan, or maybe Kristin(not sure), was so sweet and helpful. Way to go management, y’all really have a wonderful staff!
