This place is a fun place for sure. It can look crowded outside but once you get inside and get checked in and buy your points card it gets less crowded. Go ahead and sign your waiver online and make it easier. Laser tag is great.

It may have been a popular time but it was super crowded and it seemed compact and you barely had room to move. The games/attractions seem fun enough but the crowd makes it hard to have fun. However my biggest issue was with the restaurant portion. We placed our names on the waiting list, never got a call/text despite seeing plenty of tables the would still allow us to be 6 feet apart. We decided to check if we could be seated and we could. We got a table and were ignored for the next 20-25 minutes, not even a we're backed up right now but we'll get to you soon as we can. I watched several servers just pass us by without any acknowledgement. So we were hungry and decided to try some where else. As we walked out my husband told the hostess our issue and she was really nonchalant about it. I expected to at minimum get a sorry about the wait but no such luck. Maybe we can try again when they aren't so popular and can be slightly more attentive.

Such a horribly run establishment. Service is terrible. 6 of us ordered food. After an hour 3 people had food, 10 minutes later 2 people had food. The last person wasn’t informed that the kitchen couldn’t fulfill their order until after everyone else was already eating. Staff has no idea of their own policies or how their equipment works. My group had requested additional time at a screen lane and had arranged payment with a staff member to have someone else come and kick us off our lane without explanation. Instead of using words this staff member stood in front of our group and shook her head. Upon requesting to speak to a manager in an attempt to figure out why there was a miscommunication our group (4 adults and 2 children) that had remained calm, quiet, and polite was surrounded by 4 security guards. The first manager rolled their eyes immediately after asking what the issue was, before a complete sentence could even be formed by the patron. A second manager was sent over who did attempt to smooth things over and finally was able to provide an explanation. Upon requesting a refund of the remaining balance on our play card we were informed that the staff members who had served us had lied about the situation in order to attempt to keep themselves out of trouble. I have never been treated so poorly at any place of business. I recommend never entering this building.

We had so much fun on tonight. The staff was easy going and willing to help out on games without question. The food was soooo Louisiana just how we like it. The pricing of games & food was fair. If planning to visit prepare to stay 5 - 6 hours to enjoy everything...so much to choose from.

This place needs some help in the restaurant area. We ordered and had to wait over an hour for cold food. The waitress kept apologizing saying it was due to being super busy. Every one around us that came in after us was served within a reasonable time frame. Wasn’t a discount for the inconvenience which would have been nice. Games were hit and miss. Some would take your money but not working. It was so crowded that getting any help from staff was impossible. My son who is 6 yrs old and has no concept of money loved it but for spending $170 for 1 child and food was not worth it to me. It was so overcrowded that you could not bowl or do any simulators. I really hope this place makes it but if they don’t make some changes soon I don’t see that happening.
