I have lived here for two weeks and have experienced lady bugs and roaches in my apartment. The ceiling is cheap tile which is probably why I can smell the weed that my downstairs neighbor smokes. Paint job is horrible. I have small children and they won’t let me out of paying the rest of my lease and I have only been there for 2 weeks! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! *My sons name was on there due to using my gmail for games* still not a good place to live AT ALL!!!
Electricity and water problems!!! Landlord refuse to fix problems! They let me out my lease when I threaten to sue but withheld my deposit because it’s a broken lease even though the conditions were unlivable! Not worth a penny of anybody’s money!
The new management is great. They are doing lots of work to fix it up. The units are big and roomy! Family friendly!
If I had the option to give it no stars I would this place is terrible ! Our side of the complex had the toilets flood with everyones feces and they didn’t clean it we had to also the downstairs toilet took months for them to fix as well as our heat ! The manager of the apartments is never here and to top that we just got a letter accusing us of something that was here when we moved in !
