I have been going to them since the age of 13 dr.coffman is a very great doctor...but the receptionist that answer the phone was very rude and inconsiderate about my situation!!!! I will never call them for anything else again!

Rode with medical transport with girlfriend was not allowed to go into the building with girlfriend had to wait outside in the heat. No chairs outside when filling out your paperwork. Had to call someone to pick me up. They want you to sit in your car. I don't own one.

Crystal Sanchez, NP, takes time with me and I like her personality very much. She’s also knowledgeable, bc although I like like-able people, I want a medical professional who is knowledgeable and helps my unique needs. She is willing to make changes that benefit her patients, and for me, that’s seeing how each woman is unique with specific needs, bc one size does not fit all. Finally, Crystal follows up. I appreciate that so very much. It makes me feel that she cares about me and wants me to feel satisfied with her care. You will love being a patient of Crystal Sanchez’s. I absolutely do!

Paid $50 for a consultation that would go toward my surgery costs. Tried to schedule liposuction, which I would pay out of pocket, and kept getting told I would receive a call back or that my information wasn’t transferred when I called and tried to schedule my procedure. The women who work there are all very nice so I’m not sure if it’s management issues or understaffing but I will definitely be looking at Shreveport. $3500 for one lipo session is ridiculous. I was willing to pay for the convenience of being in west Monroe but I’m not willing to play phone games to schedule another appointment.

Absolutely outstanding service, amazing people and staff makeup this place. I had a change of insurance because of an unfortunate situation. Was anxious about changing Doctors, as someone has mentioned, my GP REFERRED me here and I couldn't be happier. From my first visit till now I've always had amazing nurses. Most recently a nurse who's heart is too big for words and who adamantly trusts her guts and goes beyond the practical care...Ms. MANDY BARKER, I cant thank her enough or put into words the care and compassion that embody her. I met Dr. Leslie Coffman about 3-4 times...and he was an amazing Doctor...full of energy and has the kindest eyes...and he was funny. Between them both I've found the perfect place. I feel so comfortable with this place and am thankful for the care they have provided. Ita hard to find this level of care...thank you to all of you.
