I had a great experience with ACB Realty. Joanne assisted me from the beginning of my rental process until my moving. She was available to respond all my questions and concerns via a text messages, emails, and phone calls. It was my first time living in the city and Joanne made the process smoothly for me.nnI was happy when I moved in and I really like my apartment and the location. I also got a chance to talk to Greg and he was really helpful. I met few of my neighbors and they were amazing and really friendly. I am looking forward to work with ACB Realty in the upcoming year with another project I have regarding an acquisition of a residential.

To whom it may concern:nI have a pleasure to work with Greg Anderson to purchase a house for my twins son. After long search and abundance list that Greg's provide. My twin boys finally listed one house located in Tewksbury, MASS. Greg illustrate his professionalism and transpire feel good attitude, considering my twins is only 25 yrs and very rookie of purchasing a home. Nonetheless, Greg continue to guide them to the right path, questioning the right questions, most importantly show the boys the right information and any other loophole that the prospective house may have some hidden flaws. Another great experience with ACB Realty! I just purchased a 2 family home with Joanne and she was amazing. Joanne and Greg were attentive and quick to respond to any questions or issues I had. They made my home buying process a pleasant one, not only did they find me the home I was looking for they also found me nice tenants and prepared the lease. I would recommend Joanne and Greg to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.
