I have had my storage with Metro for 2 years now! The ladies in front, working at the customer service desk are amazing at their jobs, very informative and professional! With any business, customer service is a huge factor, and theirs is an A+. The place is always clean, and neat. The units are very well kept, and the prices are very reasonable! Metro is the best self-storage facility in the area, hands down!!
One of the strongest points for this facility is the air filtering and conditioning. I have been storing here for a very, very long time and nothing I am storing every has dust. The temperature does vary more than I would prefer but nothing has ever been damaged.
Your staff at the location are very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service!
The location is perfect and the facilities are safe, clean and in a great easy access area. The staff, Dreka & Aungell, were phenomenal and informative in assisting me in finding the right size for my belongings. Thank You!!
I came in to check out a unit for my mom and the ladies there were very informative. The facility was nice also. Iona helped me, she showed me around the property and answered any questions I had. I was not ready to rent at that time but when I am I will definitely return!!
