Allen was incredibly helpful. I had reserved a storage unit online but wasn't familiar with the facility. He was very nice and willing to help. I needed to process a refund because when reserving a storage unit online there wasn't an option to unselect a lock (I had my own lock) - he was more than willing to help me with the refund.nnWithout me even asking he gave me a tour of the facility, showing me where to enter from the parking garage in addition to the entrance from the unloading dock.nnI'd say he went above and beyond.
My items were in storage for about 18 months and there were no bugs and hardly even any dust on the furniture. Very clean facility, temperature and humidity well-maintained. The staff was great, always very friendly and helpful.
Thank you Carla Baraka for helping me today with my storage unit. I reserved this unit on line and it was an easy process from beginning to end. Allen Wilkinson had everything waiting for me in my unit and Carla helped me the day I moved things in which was very helpful. It would have taken some time to find the hidden code box without her. Great experience. Very clean and a great location.
Mr. Allen's customer service was simply AMAZING!! He listened to my needs and thoroughly explained the process which made the transition effortless. I will definitely refer all my friends, coworkers and family to this location.
I was in a tough spot and I called and spoke to the senior manager Allen Wilkinson... It went smoothly very kind and professional I would recommend anybody to keep smart the building is beautiful I can't tell you about the layout it's about the city though you have to go see it yourself it's awesome .. I ran that the one on Severn and I love you I recommend CubeSmart if you're looking for a nice friendly secure place to store your valuables thank you Alan for your kindness
