Let me start off by saying that Kim(the gm) was so wonderful, very personable, so kind & answered any and all of my questions. The facility was also very clean, my experience was far more than i expected, having that i have dealt with other facilities before. I will definitely recommend this particular location to anyone who is looking. Thank u again.

Just writing this review because it’s a new facility and it’s hard to know more about new places without many reviews.nnI had a great experience here—a first for me when it comes to storage facilities! When trying to sign up for a unit online, the CubeSmart website kept crashing and the online signature app never worked, so I was a bit frustrated and annoyed, and I considered going with a different option. However, I decided to give it another shot because it’s in the city and easy to get to. Although I dread talking on the phone, I called this facility and Cleveland, the manager, was super nice!! When I went to the storage place in person, he was, again, so patient and generous with his time! I really appreciated how he had checked out the unit I had reserved beforehand, alerted me to its smaller size than described on the website, and he had another unit picked out just in case I minded the smaller size of the first one, but at a comparable price. I should add that Cleveland wasn’t pushy at all—just competent and helpful—which put me at ease.nnFinally, the facility is brand new and clean, and it has cameras and seems pretty safe overall. Would recommend!
I wanted to take the time to write this review. We all know moving can be a very difficult time.But the general manager made it easy for me. The property is clean , brand new and staff is wonderful. When I rented the general manager was wonderful he made sure the unit was clean and easy accessible. I would recommend this location to family and friends. Keep up the good work!!!
