Jeanette was wonderful in guiding me thru my options and online rental. Also very helpful in showing me my unit which was very clean. She took the time to answer my questions and meet me on move-in day. I was also very impressed with the security system.
Jeanette is wonderful! She went above and beyond to make sure we got our belongings stored safely, and continued to offer any help she could throughout the day. She made helpful suggestions to ensure we were able to fit everything in the unit we rented and did so with a pleasant disposition. The property is clean and I feel good about my choice to utilize this Public Storage.
I am so...happy I choose this storage facility. Ms. Jeanette is very informative and has awesome customer service experience. She even called me personally, to welcome me to the facility. The storage facility is way bigger than I thought and the facility and the grounds are very clean and I love that everything is secure with locked gates, etc.
