Rusty and Troy at Safeguard were so wonderful and made the process of reserving and moving into our storage unit so easy. The facility itself is great, with a lot of security and amenities. I trust that my belongings in my unit are secured and protected.
During the hurricane scare I stopped in the office and was greeted by Troy and Kari I asked a ton of questions! When I say these two ladies reassured me of the safety and security of my belongings I was beyond relieved! Troy even took the time to go over my insurance policy! Kari is a great addition to the team as the new manager. She is sweet, knowledgeable, and very professional. I would not store anywhere else but safeguard! Thank you ladies for being awesome! And thank heavens no storm came lol
I just became a customer of this facility. Troy, the manager, was an absolute delight. She made the process painless. I feel very comfortable with choosing Safeguard due to the security amenities and storage space. I highly recommend.
