Great place to hang out during a game! Also other events pre-covid.nKeep this in thought when things go back to normal!
Known for Saints tailgating, but I like this venue best as a mid-sized concert venue in the fall. I've seen MUSE, Anderson.Paak and Alabama Shakes live here. All have been stellar outdoor events.
Pretty crowded the visited there. People did wear their mask. Not a lot of social distances, so I didn't stay very long. Great prices for the Holiday season.
Saw a 311 show at Champions Square. It’s a pretty standard outdoor venue, probably better than most because of its location and the fact that even for large events traffic usually isn’t a problem.nn311 is a 5-star band all-day, every day, regardless of venue.nnI wish they’d go back to doing 311 Day shows in NOLA, and go back to Lakefront Arena, which has better acoustics than the SMK. The sound was fine at the Champions Square show, then again we were right in front of the stage.
Always a good time to be had here. So many memories with so many friends.
