To be honest, the only reason why I searched up this medical examiner's office is because of Loretta Wade from NCIS: New Orleans! NOLA BABY!! so, to be honestly fair if I ever go to Nola I will be visiting because I absolutely love her and love her relationship with Dwayne Pride that's all I had to say for the people whose reading this google review have a god bless wonderful day! My experience with Jefferson Parish Coroner's Office was great from the beginning when I first dialed the number I spoke with a very nice lady at the first deck. I explained what I was calling for and she was very professional and got me the help I needed to ask some questions about an incident. I spoke with Kim who helped me feel better through the mourning of my son by answering the questions I asked that she was able to answer. She was very professional and nice, most of all I felt harmony in her voice. We have to remember as people that professionals have their jobs to do and on the other end of the phone we have to be willing to understand what they can and can not tell us and also help them in any way we can by asking their questions also. Thanks a lot!

They do not communicate with you. They do not keep you informed of what's going on. U can never speak with the doctor when you call. They give you one time frame and yet exceed that time frame. It's been 9 weeks now and still no answers. Do not use this office. Go somewhere else

Absolutely appalled at this place and the time it has taken to get a death certificates for my father. I was informed today it was delayed because the physician signing it was on vacation?!! Why not have another physician in charge while you vacation? I am outraged that we have been brushed off and pushed aside for holiday and vacations. You all should be ashamed for how you handle something as important as this. Put yourself in my shoes! I bet if it was the doctors father and she had to handle his personal affairs, it would have been signed in a timely manner. SHAME ON YOU FOR RUNNING THINGS OF THIS IMPORTANCE SO POORLY!!
