Truly amazing. I've used them for my oil needs for six years, and they have helped me fix my plumbing problems too. Just recently we had AC installed. Jeff was great. He took the time to educate me on the options, and we were able to negotiate a quick start date to get it in before the heat of the summer. Then Gerry came and installed it, and was astounded by their knowledge, technical ability, and speed. I will use them of all my projects.

PERFECT ,PERFECT ,PERFECT ! PERIOD END OF STORY ! BEFORE MY ACTUAL INSTALL OF CENTRAL A/C ,FURNACE ,AND 50 GALLON WATER HEATER WITH AUTOMATIC SHUT OFF IN A BASIN @15000 GORDON WORKED WITH ME FOR @ THREE ( 3 ) YEARS YES 3 YEARS BECAUSE I KEEP SECOND GUESSING MYSELF WHEN I FINALLY GOT REAL SERIOUS GORDON WAS THERE FOR ME WHEN A FEW OTHER COMPANIES STOP TAKING ME CALLS SO THAT IS WHAT I CALL PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE PLUS THEY ARE FAMILY OWNED AND BEEN AROUND SINCE 1878 STARTED WITH DELIVERING ICE WOW IMPRESSIVE ! ! !

I bought a home were Alvin Holis installed a Bosch water heater/boiler. He had been installed and servicing it for 6 years. I noticed a water leak in the unit and asked if they could come out to repair the unit they installed. They said they are not accepting new customers at this time because I didn’t pay for the unit, even though they had been out to service the heater a few months before. They also forgot to install a clean out valve for the system (for descaling) so when they said they were servicing it they just wanted to collect a check for not doing work.nSo this tells me they don’t stand by their work, their installers don’t know the products they are installing, and they don’t need your business to survive. Don’t waste your time even calling.nJust trying to share my honest experience with them.
